How to Use Castor Oil & Why People Love It

For dry skin, lips, and cuticles – It’s super thick and hydrating, so a little goes a long way. Dab some on cracked heels, rough hands, or even dry lips to lock in moisture.

For sore muscles or joints – Because of its anti-inflammatory properties  rub it on stiff areas to help ease tension and soreness.

On the tummy (castor oil packs) – Using a wrap to allow the oil to penetrate into the body and assist liver function, period pain, eases joint pain and inflammation reduce constipation.
