What is the shelf life of your castor oil?

Once opened, castor oil is best used within 1 year.

Is your Castor Oil organic?

Yes! It is 100% organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free, and packaged in a dark glass bottle — all the requirements for maintaining the oil’s purest integrity.

How to wash your Castor Oil Wrap?

Step 1: In a bowl, mix warm water, baking soda, and natural dish soap, and let your pack soak for 1 hour or overnight. 

Step 2: Hand wash it with warm water and natural dish soap, rinsing and wringing it out very well. 

Step 3: Hang or lay it flat to dry on a towel. You can also wash it on a cold cycle in the washing machine with natural detergent. Just don't ever put your oily, used pack into the washing machine as it could ruin your washer!

What is your Shipping Policy?

InnerGlow Essentials offers fast and reliable shipping within Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery (2–8 business days). Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Overseas orders are currently not available.

Yes. Many customers choose to wear their castor oil wrap overnight as part of their self-care routine. Ensure the wrap is comfortable and secure before sleeping.

How often should I use a Castor Oil Pack?

For best results, many people use castor oil packs 3–5 times per week as part of their wellness routine.

Where is your Castor Oil sourced from?

Our premium organic castor oil is sourced from India and tested and certified by our Australian supplier before being made available to our customers.

Why is your Castor Oil packaged in a dark glass bottle?

Dark glass helps protect the oil from light exposure, helping to maintain its quality and integrity for longer.

Is your Castor Oil hexane-free?

Yes. Our castor oil is 100% organic, cold-pressed and hexane-free.
